Stay fit while on vacation!

Andrea Metcalf, author of Naked Fitness, fitness expert for the Today show and oprah.com contributor, devised this exercise program just for our guests when she last visited Bitter End.

Shoreside Running

Bitter End is located along a mile of shoreline, and many guests find it to bea stimulating view to have on a run. There are paths from one end of the resort to the other, and for hill climbing, the paths to the North Sound Suites is quite a workout.

 

Yoga

Yoga classes (consult your activities schedule when you arrive for the times and days) are held on the deck built over the water, adjacent to the pool.

 

Hiking

The hiking trail also provides a great opportunity for aerobic exercise -- once around the trail and you will be ready for breakfast!
