Winston’s Bakery

Known around the world for his breads, pastries and luscious desserts, our very own Winston Butler bakes fresh goodies (breads, muffins, pastries, Key Lime Pie, West Indian roti, Napoleons and more) for the resort each day. With his heart lost to baking, Winston studied his craft all over the world and has earned diplomas in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Baking Science and Technology, French Pastry and Desserts, Petit Fours and Cookies, and Chocolate and Confections. Winston took first prize at the BVI National Culinary Competition and has won first prizes for his Tropical Fruit Tarts that are served during the week at the Clubhouse Grille. Winston is always creating new desserts to continually wow guests and give that a bride-to-be the wedding cake of her dreams. A recent creation is a Ginger Papaya Mousse with a Mango Coulie and Caramel Fruit Sauce. The Bakery will even take special orders and has been known to fly key lime pies around the world for guests.
