Virginia Leonard Promoted to Chef de Cuisine

Our Latest Addition to the Culinary Team is Focused on Staff

For 30 years Virginia Leonard has been plying her trade, for the fortunate guests of the Bitter End Yacht Club, in the kitchen of the Clubhouse restaurant. She has received more accolades then can be counted, and is finally receiving the recognition of her skills that are long overdue.

Virginia has been promoted to the position of Chef de Cuisine of Virginia’s Kitchen, formerly known as the canteen.

As you may not know, Virginia’s Kitchen is the busiest restaurant at Bitter End. Serving close to 300 meals per day seven days a week, the entire staff, as well as their visitors and friends of the resort, fortify themselves for their busy days around the resort in Virginia's Kitchen.

As Chef de Cuisine, Virginia will be in charge of the entire menu. Her years of experience cooking, not only for her family and friends but the guests of Bitter End, has given her a wealth of knowledge in providing the diversity needed to make all who partake in dining at Virginia’s Kitchen a memorable and rib sticking, belly filling, and heart warming event.

When you see Virginia on your next visit to Bitter End, please join all of us in congratulating her on her promotion. It is a blessing to all who eat at Virginia’s Kitchen!
