For stays of seven nights or longer (an Admiral’s Package) the rate  includes: accommodation for two, three meals daily, unlimited use of the Club fleet, fresh water pool, vita course, walking/hiking trails, Guest Cocktail Party, day long blue water excursions, snorkeling trips, Sunday regatta and party, Introduction to Sailing Course, sunset sails and champagne cruise.

For stays of six nights or less, the rate (Add'l Night rate x the number of nights you are staying) includes accommodation for two, three meals daily, unlimited use of the Club fleet, Guest Cocktail Party and Introduction to Sailing Course.

Rates are per room, based on double occupancy.

High Season (January 3 - April 4, 2008)

Summer Season (April 5 - July 27, 2008)

Please note: the resort is on hiatus from July 28 to October 5, 2008, so that staff can travel and create their own adventures!

Sailing Season (October 6, 2007 - December 19, 2008)

Holiday Season (December 20, 2008 - January 2, 2009)

Extra person in same room 12 yrs and younger - $60 per night
Extra person in same room 13 yrs and up - $120 per night
Except during Holiday Season - Extra person in same room $200 per night.
All rates based on double occupancy and subject to 18% tax and service charge. Rates are based on availability.


DEPOSIT POLICY
Three Nights’ Deposit is due upon confirmation of a tentative reservation and required to guarantee reservation. We accept checks, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. The balance including tax and service charge is due 30 days prior to arrival or on September 1 for those booked during Holiday Season.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds (less one night's fee) are available on cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival or by September 1 for those booked during Holiday Season. Refunds are not available on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
