Bitter End Chef to Compete in All-Caribbean Competition |

 Sous Chef George Newling-Ward of the Bitter End Yacht Club has been selected to represent the British Virgin Islands at the Taste of the Caribbean competition in Puerto Rico.
The BVI Culinary Team has won Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in previous years at regional competitions, including Taste of the Caribbean, and aims to capture another Gold Medal for the BVI in 2010.
In the months leading up to June’s Taste of the Caribbean competition in Puerto Rico, the team will be showcasing their skills through a series of mock competition dinners. The general public is invited to attend and support the Team. The dates and venues will be published when confirmed.
